What's up Campus Men. Aaron Martin here from the University of Wisconsin Stout. And today I'm going to run through my current supplement program.
Now, to start off, I'm a big believer and whey protein and Casein proteins as well as NO2 products. So, also you can't expect to take these and get huge. You got to eat right, you got to train right and you got to sleep right. If you do all those in unison, with the supplements, you'll be good. But if you don't, you're not going to get very far.
So, with that being said, let me start off with my supplements that I take in the morning, and I'll work my way through to the very end of my day.
